Don't miss this very popular meeting that features a presentation by the Altria Benefits Department. They will present the 2019 health plan overview, the annual enrollment process, and available tools and resources.
Following the overview, Madeleine’s team will divide retirees into 3 groups: hourly, salaried under 65, and salaried 65 and over in order to provide more specific information, including some enhancements for under 65 salaried retirees. There will also be opportunity to ask the Benefits team members personal questions following the meeting.
Registering online for this meeting is more important than usual so that the Benefits Department can be sure they have enough handouts for those attending
Notes: Please feel free to invite a retiree friend who hasn’t attended a meeting in a while or has never attended. They will need a government issued picture ID to obtain entry to the property. If they arrive in your car, they do not need to be on the Security List, but if they are driving separately, please ask them to sign up on the website or send us an email at www.retireesconnection.org no later than noon on the Thursday before the meeting to be added to the Security List.
Doors to the cafeteria open at 10:00 a.m. for fellowship and light refreshments. The meeting starts promptly at 11:00 a.m.
